Testimonials

There has always been a special camaraderie evident with Alex and his employees. It has always been a pleasure to have them on site.
You were willing to work with us on design, interpreting our likes and dislikes to suggest improvements we had not considered.
I was encouraged to hear how well your team of builders worked together... showing respect and courtesy .
As always, I thank you for your great help and clarity. No use moving to a new house where constant bits and pieces would annoy ... we shall very comfortably live here
The work undertaken and supervised was of the highest standard ... completed in difficult circumstances with considerable application to organisation.
ALTERATIONS TO A NEW BATHROOM

The client required adequate space in the bathroom of a newly built apartment to manoeuvre her husband into the shower and onto the toilet. The husband has a brain injury and requires aid to walk. Grab rails are also required in the bathroom to allow him to support himself as he tends to hold onto anything that is available, for support.

PATRICIAN BROTHERS COLLEGE

The College was required to make provisions for a new enrolment. Wheelchair access was needed to enable this student to gain entry to the classrooms required for his first year at the school. The student also requires access to a bathroom, with proper shower facilities and a room for him to receive nursing care.
